Sequence determination of 99Tc and 126Sn in radioactive concentrates

Description
In this work a new method for sequence determination of 99Tc and 126Sn in the samples of radioactive concentrates was developed. For the separation of 99Tc and 126Sn was used an anion exchange sorbent from Eichrom Technologies, Inc. The samples were separated on an anion exchange sorbent in environment of a 2 mol dm-3 HCl. 99Tc was measured on the liquid scintillation counter TRI-CARB 3100 TR (Perkin Elmer) and 126Sn was measured on the HPGe.
