Description

The single-crystal structure of the quenchable high temperature form of barium terbium hexafluoride has been refined. This structure is built from infinite chains of edge-sharing [TbF8]4- dodecahedra linked together by the Ba2+ ions and is isostructural with β-BaZrF6. (orig.)
