Prompt gamma physics: recent experimental results
Description
Experiments with the production of prompt gamma photons are listed, performed at CERN facilities and at Fermilab. Two experimental techniques used to detect the prompt gamma signal are mentioned. A typical set-up of these experiments is described. Results of the experiments are summarized and given in several graphs. The data are in agreement with theory over a wide energy range.
