Features of thermal shrinkage of irradiated sensitized polyvinylidene fluoride
- 1. Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Fiziko-Khimicheskij Inst., Moscow (USSR)
Description
Specific features of thermal shrinkage of irradiated polyvinylidene fluoride, sensitized by N, N'-m-phenylenedimaleimide are studied. The shrinkage stress values increase with increase of gel-fraction (g) content for polymer both with additions and without them. To get the specified g values sensitized polymer requires half as much absorption energy dose. With g increase the sensitized polymer relaxation time is decreased
