Use evaluation of cryopumps operating between 2 and 200K for controlled fusion research application

During the last years, cryopumps have been built at CENG for application to controlled Fusion research. Three of them, with operating temperatures of 2 K, 4,2 K and 20 K are briefly described. The results of tests (pumping speed, consumption) are given
