The article deals with the development of training for power plant personnel in the Federal Republic of Germany since nuclear power first went into commercial use and with the training concepts and practices of Kraftwerk Union AG. Descriptions are given of the overall training concept and its systematic modular structure as well as of the elaboration of technology-specific guidelines. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Im Beitrag werden die Entwicklung der Ausbildung von Kraftwerkspersonal in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland seit Beginn der kommerziellen Nutzung der Kernenergie sowie die dabei von der Kraftwerk Union AG entwickelte Konzeption und die durchgefuehrten Arbeiten behandelt. Das Gesamtausbildungskonzept mit seinem modularen Ausbildungssystem und der geuebten Ausbildungspraxis sowie die Entwicklung der verschiedenen Fachkunderichtungen werden dargestellt. (orig.)
