Description
On the base of a drift kinetic equation in an inhomoqeneous magnetic field of the solar wind with account for directed fluxes of hydromagnetic waves a particle transport equation comprising convection, adiabatic slowing down, drifts, diffusion and turbulent acceleration is derived. The transport equation for the region of interaction of different rate fluxes in the internal heliosphere is solved. The analysis of the transport equation for corotating interaction regions in the internal heliosphere shows that the turnulent acceleration mechanism is a sufficiently effective mechanism of proton spectra formation with energy epsilon approximately 1 MeV
