U-Pb age of Dzhugdzur anorthosites

Description
Geochronological investigations of zircon and apatite from anorthosites of the Dzhugdzur massif are carried out. U-Pb data filled by means of the ISOPLOT and PBDAT programs. The obtained data confirm definitively the proterozoic age of autonomous anorthosites of the Dzhugszur massif (U-Pb age, determined by apatite and zircon, equals to 1736±6 and 1739±12 millions of years correspondingly). 15 refs., 3 figs., 1 tab
