Description
It has been developer the replacement of PLC Siemens Simatic S5 type with PLC Siemens Simatic S7 one. The advantages of PLC Siemens Simatic S7-300 is having the facility for monitoring and control system which could communicate with many different software types. But actually, it has not been optimized. National Instruments (NI) OPC Server provides an interface to communicate with various devices. The combination of the NI OPC Server and LabVIEW provides a single platform to provide high-performance measurement and control instrumentation systems for both new and existing one. NI OPC Server connects via OPC Client in LabVIEW Data logging and Supervisory Control (DSC) module making it possible to develop systems HMI / SCADA in total with PLCs, Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs) and sensor. Development of labview based monitoring system for control rods drive Multipurpose Reactor G.A. Siwabessy displays indicators reactor control rod drive same like the one on the reactor control desk, and equipped with the capability of data monitoring documentation for the purposes of analysis results of operations.
