Point kinetics analysis of muon catalyzed D-T fusion
Description
We report here on a detailed point kinetics analysis of the muon catalyzed D-T fusion. The purpose is to ascertain the temporal variations of the relevant nuclear particle densities, determine the energy production, and to calculate the average number of cycles catalyzed per muon. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Basierend auf einem ''Punktreaktor''-Modell wird eine detaillierte Analyse der Dynamik der myonen-katalysierten DT-Fusion praesentiert. Damit koennen die zeitlichen Aenderungen der jeweiligen Teilchendichten und der Energieerzeugung ermittelt sowie die durchschnittliche Anzahl von Kreislaeufen berechnet werden, die pro Myon katalysiert werden.
