Nonleptonic B meson decays into D and a1 in HQET

Description
The two-body nonleptonic weak decays B→D(D*)+a1, are studied using the generalized factorization hypothesis along with the heavy quark effective theory. The estimated decay rates for these processes agree reasonably well with the current experimental value. (author)
