Description

A study was made on the effect of 10-15 % molybdenum contents on the phase state, the structure and magnetic properties of Fe-Cr-Co alloys with 15 and 20% cobalt content. It is established that 10-150 % molybdenum addition to the Fe-Cr-Co alloys is not advisable. Because of the broadening decomposition region and increasina the difference in α1-- and α2-phase composition, as well as beceause of decrasing the optimal temperature of thermochemical treatment the role of the surface energy during the decomposition grows, which leads to decreasing the degree of precipitations extension regardless of some increasing relative difference of lattice parameters in comparison with 5 % Mo alloy. The level of coercive force in investigated alloys is limited by the degree of isolation of ferromagnetic particles
