Description
We have performed an experimental study on the 12C + 12C and 16O + 12C interactions with the aim of exploring the structure of clusters in 4N self-conjugated nuclei. The populated exit channels, like 12C + α+ 8Begs in the 12C + 12C interaction and 12C + 4α in the 16O + 12C one, feed on through the formation of excited states of 12C, 16O and 24Mg which are described in terms of clusters of their decay products
