A contribution to the method of measurement of fission power distribution in a fuel rod
Description
The passage of gamma rays through a Pb slab interposed between the source and detector was studied numerically with a view to optimizing an experiment to determine the detailed spatial distribution of the heat power within fuel rods of the LR-0 experimental reactor, specifically to address the design of suitable Pb shielding.
