This work presents the conceptual definition of the CAREM 25 reactor's digital and monitoring control system structure. The requirements of the system are analyzed and different implementation alternatives are studied where possible basic architectures of the system and its topology are considered and evaluated. En este trabajo se presenta la definicion conceptual de la estructura del sistema de control digital y monitoreo del reactor CAREM 25. Se analizan los requerimientos que debe cumplir el sistema y se estudian las distintas alternativas de implementacion, donde se consideran y se evaluan las arquitecturas basicas posibles del sistema y su topologia.
