Description
We obtain the scattering coefficients for minority and second harmonic ICH D-H and D-T-3He scenerios. A straight forward κperpendicularρi expansion is not sufficient to reproduce the D(3He) dispersion relation. We obtain properly corrected dielectric tensor elements and give results for various cases
