Description

A review of perturbative QCD, applied to several processes, is given. We begin with a discussion of the definition and meaning of αsub(s) within the context of higher order corrections and choices of renormalization scheme. Recent neutrino deep inelastic data are examined and values of Λ and the gluon moments presented, consideration being given to possible higher twists. We then examine other processes, shape of e+e- events, heavy quarkonium decays and exclusive processes to see if they are consistent with deep inelastic scattering. (44 ref.)
