Electrical properties and phase transformations in Tm1-xSmxS and Tm1-xLaxS

Description
Complex investigation of properties of Tm1-xSmxS and Tm1-xLaxS systems was conducted. Crystal lattice constant α, specific resistance ρ, magnetic resistance, magnetic susceptibility, Hall coefficient R and microhardness were measured. Analysis of electric properties and spectroscopic data showed, that the first phase transformation was related with delocalization of Tm3+ donor centers in SmS at x < 0.84. 40 refs., 30 figs., 6 tabs
