Coordination compounds of certain lanthanoid nitrates with nonamethylimidodiphosphoamide

Description

Ln(NO3)3x2NIPAxnC2H5OH compounds (n=1 or 2; Ln=La-Er; NIPA-nonamethylimidodiphosphoamide) are synthesized from ethanol solutions and their properties are studied. All the compounds are soluble in water, ethanol, dimethyl formamide, dimethyl sulphoxide, but they are not soluble in dioxane, ether. IR absorption spectra of all the synthesized compounds are studied
