Wave-front phase measurements of high-order harmonic x-ray beams using the point-diffraction interferometry

Description

The propagation properties and the source information of harmonic beams were obtained using the point-diffraction interferometry (PDI). The high-order harmonics generated in a gas-filled hollow tube showed excellent spatial coherence over nearly the whole cross-section of the x-ray beams and we have applied the superb coherence harmonic x-rays to the PDI.
