Preparation of In/sub 2/O/sub 3/ single crystals by chemical vapour transport method

Description

The preparation of In/sub 2/O/sub 3/ single crystals by chemical vapour transport method with chlorine as a transporting agent has been investigated. On the basis of thermodynamic calculations the best temperature conditions of the transport process have been evaluated. Octahedral, transparent, yellow single crystals of In/sub 2/O/sub 3/ have been grown
