Single bubble generated by a pulsed discharge in liquids as a plasma microreactor

Description
We discuss a single bubble, generated by a pulsed discharge in liquids, in which reactive plasmas interact with gases and liquids. Double-pulsed microdischarges with variable time intervals were used. The first microdischarge was used to generate the bubble and the second one was used to create plasmas in it, which worked as a microcavity for plasma processing. The bubble remained for a period of 400-600 μs, which was affected by discharge energy. The electrode erosion caused by the discharge in or without the bubble was characterized.
