Description
This paper will present test results of different fire test series with full-scale fire engulfment tests (4.85 m3 propane tanks protected with an intumescent coating, rock wool or a heat insulator based on vermiculite and Portland cement). Furthermore, the correlation of these tests with furnace plate tests and/or numerical calculations will be discussed. (orig.)
