Internal mammary artery graft patency demonstrated by bedside retrograde brachial arteriography

Description
The authors report a technic of internal mammary artery graft (IMAG) visualization through peripheric arterial contrast injection (PACI) in 10 patients. The anastomotic site was clearly demonstrated in all of them. In the last five cases, the procedure was cinefilmed with improvement of IMAG visualization. They conclude that the status of the IMAG can be demonstrated by PACI mainly with cinefilming. (author)
