Isotopes of hydrogen and helium in near-Earth space during proton events measured by NINA-2 instrument onboard MITA satellite

Description
The attempt is made to directly determine the deuterium intensity during the solar proton events (SPE) according to the measurement data of the NINA-2 instrument onboard the MITA satellite in 2000-2001. The NINA-2 instrument was created on the basis of the stripe silicon detectors. Its mass distribution for the hydrogen and helium isotopes constitutes ∼0.15 a.m. The results of determining the 2H/1H and 3He/4He fluxes ratio by the energies of ∼10 MeV/ nuclon during the SPE are presented

Предпринята попытка прямого определения интенсивности дейтерия во время солнечных протонных событий (СПС) по данным измерений прибора НИНА-2 на борту спутника МИТА в 2000-2001 годах. Прибор НИНА-2 создан на основе стриповых кремниевых детекторов. Его массовое разрешение для изотопов водорода и гелия составляет ∼0.15 а.м. Приведены результаты определения отношения потоков 2H/1H и 3He/4He при энергиях ∼10 МэВ/нуклон во время СПСAdditional details
