Calorimeter for continious measuring laser radiation intensity till 10 kW
Description
A running-water cooled calorimeter, which ensures continuous measurement of laser radiation intensity in the range of 0.4-10 kW with the wave length of 10.6 μm has been descris bed. The calculation of temperature field of a cooled re-- ceiving cone is made, the limiting value of laser radiation intensity is determined, being equal to 16 MW/m2. The sensitivity threshold of the calorimeter is in the limits 200-400 W; calorimeter inertia is 30 s. Systematic error of the device is 7.5; mean square deviation of measurement results is +-1%, radiation reflection coefficient is 0.6+-0.2%
