Rare B Decays with the BaBar Detector
Description
The BABAR detector at SLAC's PEP-II storage ring collected a luminosity equivalent data of about 22 fb-1 at the Υ(4S) resonance during 1999 and 2000. Results on branching fractions of rare and charmless B$-meson decays and first fits for direct CP violation are presented
