X-ray phase investigation of EPA-KHSO4-NH3-H2O system

Description
Behavior of KHSO4 in extraction phosphoric acid in conditions of ammoniating and heating is studied. The pH =3.0-4.0 and relation of P:N:S=15:15:15 are reached by calculated quantity compounds mixing. Reacting mixture was dried at 115, 200, 300 deg. C. X-ray phase analysis show considerable changes of phase composition during thermo-treatment process. Formation of different sulfates and potassium phosphates and ammonium phosphates was found by analyse of the diffraction maximums of testing samples
