Positronium formation in hydrogen below 10.2 eV. Corrigendum. J. Phys. B: At. Mol. Opt. Phys. v. 32 p. 2297-2308

Description

Due to an inadvertent error in the computer code for the input two-body partial-wave amplitudes A(L)nm(kf, ki), caused by the omission of a multiplicative factor (kfki)1/2/2, results of the Schwinger variational cross sections for positronium formation in positron-hydrogen collisions are affected largely for higher partial waves. Total cross sections change by 10% or less. The magnitudes of the differential cross section due to these corrections are modified to a certain extent. The main conclusions regarding critical angles remain unaltered. The corrected values are given. (author)
