Investigation of some beryllium compounds and superconductors with heavy fermions
Description
Several beryllium compounds are investigated. Some of these compounds exhibit superconductivity. The samples UBe13 were found to have T/sub c/approx. =0.6 K and partialH/sub c/2/partialTroughly-equal270 kOe/K, in agreement with (5). Dissolution of isostructural ZrBe13 and CeBe13 in UBe13 sharply decreases T/sub c/ and partialH/sub c/2/partialT
