A comparative experimental study of thermoelectromotive force coefficient in YBa2Cu3O4 ceramics, epitaxial films and single crystals

Description
Temperature dependences of thermoelectric plectromotive force coefficient S of ceramic samples, single crystals in the ab-plane and oriented epitaxial films with different oxygen content have been measured. The results obtained on ceramics completely match up the data for single crystals and films in the ab-plane, which makes it possible to sucessafully use ceramic samples for investigations of the thermoelectric coefficient behaviour in the ab-plane in layred HTSC cuprates of different classes
