To develop the methods of forming highly intense bunches of electrons and positrons with dimensions, satisfying the VLEPP design parameters of a set of facility, comprising the 700 MeV accumulating-cooling ring and the buncher, performing a sixteen-fold decrease of a bunch length, ejected from the accelerator, is developed at the IYaE of the Siberian division of the USSR Academy of Sciences
