Hypernuclei and nuclear structure
Description
The relations between several aspects of nuclear structure and the Λ hyperon properties inside nuclei are discussed, particularly in connexion with the possibilities offered by the development of new experimental techniques. It is emphasized that Hartree-Fock methods provide an interesting tool for predicting hypernuclear phenomena where the Λ hyperon may be used as a probe of the nucleus

Les liens existant entre differents aspects de la structure nucleaire et les proprietes de l'hyperon Λ au sein des noyaux sont discutes, en relation notamment avec les perspectives ouvertes par le developpement de nouvelles techniques d'observation. On insiste sur l'interet presente par l'utilisation de methodes de Hartree-Fock pour predire un certain nombre de phenomenes hypernucleaires ou l'hyperon Λ peut apparaitre comme une sonde de la structure du noyauAdditional details
