Description
Present article is devoted to comparative characteristics of sorption properties of apricot shell, walnut shell, thuja, and pine cone at uranium extraction from mine and drainage waters. The sorption properties of apricot shell, walnut shell, thuja, and pine cone at room temperature in dynamic mode were studied. It was defined that bio masses possess good sorption properties and able to concentrate uranium. The kinetic and energy parameters of uranium sorption by apricot shell were defined. The comparison of characteristics of natural sorbents was conducted.
