Description
Nuclear facilities and other service providers are extremely dependent upon electrical and electronic systems. Poor power quality affects directly the nuclear facilities and has a passive impact on the installed sensitive equipment and instruments. In order to effectively correct and get pure power, it is essential that you know how the actual facts are. By measuring and presenting the data in a transparent manner, one has the ability to quickly obtain correct measurements for making correct decisions. Measurements error makes the operator inside the control center to take the wrong decision leads to material and human losses occurring within the facility. Here, the importance of measurements error detection and identification to make the right decision. Phason measurement units (PMU) are powerful technique for system monitoring and control. The measurements are more accurate, when using PMU in the complex power systems. This paper presents a new technique to measurements error detection and identification for cleaning them from data. This technique leads to reliable and trustable system
