Quality control and its increase in NPP construction in France

Description

A quality control (QC) system for civil engineering and installation works during NPP construction in France is described. Three QC levels are specified: the first one is intended for conducting QC on each operation, the second one is for QC realization by administration using geodetic equipment as well as defectoscopy including laser and radiation ones. At the third level the QC is accomplished by EdF which performs a wide range of activities which are to be realized prior to the NPP construction initiation
