Inspection device of bend tubes equipped with a pneumatic propulsion probe

Description

The invention proposes an inspection device for bend tubes with the aid of a eddy-current probed. It allows to inspect tubes of steam generators, condensers, heat exchangers of nuclear reactors. The aim of the present invention is the speed control of the probe running what reduces the risks of cable failure, the realization of a probe and a cable of which the structure allows to get back the probe even in case of failure

Abstract (French)

L'invention concerne un dispositif de controle de tubes cintres au moyen d'une sonde telle qu'une sonde a courants de Foucault propulsee pneumatiquement. Elle peut etre appliquee au controle des tubes des echangeurs de chaleur, condenseurs et generateurs de vapeur equipant notamment les reacteurs nucleaires. En plus de la regularisation du defilement de la sonde tendant a reduire les risques de rupture du cable, la presente invention a egalement pour objet de realiser une sonde et un cable dont la structure soit telle qu'elle permette de recuperer la sonde meme en cas de rupture
