Physicochemical features of PbTe doping with thall;um
Description
The physicochemical features of lead telluride doping with thalliUm are studied. It is shown that the quantity of the dissolved in PbTe thallium grows with the increase of its content in a charge though it does not exceed 2 at %. Thallium excess contains in the second phase (on the Te5Te3 base). The parameter of the solid solution elementary cell is independent of Tl concentration in samples and constitutes (6.4605+-0.0005) A, i.e. coincides with the parameter for PlTe. One may assume that the dissolved Tl enters the PbTe lattice
