Relativistic wave packets in three dimensions

The author has previously shown that it is possible to construct positive energy wave packets in such a way as to get an absolutely sharp position at a given instant for the one dimensional case. The general features of the three dimensional case are presented here. The mathematical details will be published elsewhere. (JIW)
