Processing of scintillation observations of radio sources
Description
A procedure of processing of interplanetary scintillation observations of radio sources is proposed. In accordance with the character of scintillations four processing programs are used: 1) processing of strong sources, 2) processing of weak sources, 3) processing of sources with weak scintillations when the source coordinates are known, 4) processing of sources with weak scintillations when the source coordinates are unknown. Observations are made in the range of frequencies from 102 to 103 MHz. The aim of the investigation is to obtain information on angle sizes, flux densities and coordinates of scintillating components of radio sources
