Processes of charge carrier recombination in CdxHg1-xTe

Description
Review of theoretical and experimental papers dealing with investigation of lifetime and recombination of charge nonequilibrium carriers in cadmium-mercury-tellurium solid solutions is given. Different interzonal processes and processes occurring in deep level centers within forbidden zone are considered. Effect of surface, heterogeneities, deformation, electrical nand magnetic fields on material photoelectrical properties is discussed, as well
