Description

Consideration is given to results of precision experiments, devoted to detailed study of fluctuation anomalies of specific heat, thermal expansion coefficient and conductivity of high-grade Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox polycrystal and some others. It is shown that a major part of available experimental data can be descibed, if it is proposed that this superconductor is characterized by the following parameters: ξGLa,b(0) = 20 A; d = 15 A; Gi ∼ 0.05; τ2D/3D ∼ 0.03. The temperature range, where a logarithmmic trend of specific heat has been revealed, exceeds several times the size of three-dimensional scaling region, proposed on the basis of quantitative estimations; the corresponding ratio of critical amplitudes is more than two times higher, than available theoretical value. It is probably early to speak about experimental study of asymptotic (scaling) behaviour of Bi-2233 specific heat
