Neutrino masses with broken Le - Lμ - Lτ and small θ13
Description
I give a brief description of my last work about neutrino masses. First, I give a short introduction to the theoretical tools needed to build the model, and then I give the details and results of the model. A key role will be played by heavy νR and their breaking of an Abelian flavor symmetry which we are going to assume as a new dynamical principle. This model uses Le - Lμ - Lτ to fix flavor charges and is able to reproduce the well-known mass spectrum of charged leptons and all current experimental data from neutrino oscillation. Remarkably, for an Le - Lμ - Lτ model, it is also able to predict a small θ13
