Depth profiling of hydrogen with nuclear reaction analysis
Creators
- 1. Tokyo Univ., Institute of Industrial Science, Tokyo (Japan)
Description
Nuclear reaction analysis using 1H(15N, αγ)12C enables us to quantitatively measure the depth distribution of hydrogen. Adsorption and absorption processes of hydrogen into metals are investigated. (author)
