Description
This paper describes the changes in the electromagnetic units due to the redefined SI and the details regarding how they are realized. It is divided into two parts. In this second part, we review the state-of-the art performance, the physical principles, diagrams, electrical circuits, equations and uncertainties of the ohm, siemens, coulomb, farad, henry, watt, tesla and weber realizations.
