Description

The work is aimed at analyzing certain observed consequences of possible vacuum fluctuations in QCD through measuments of spin characteristics in the processes of elastic hadron-hadron scattering at high energies. It is shown how experimental investigations into polarization characteristics of hadron interactions can specify more exactly the values of QCD effective parameters and facilitate a study of hadron and quark structures and chromodynamic vacuum as well as selection of quark-parton model of elastic interactions. 6 refs
