Abstracts of the European conference: Physics of magnetism'93. Strongly correlated electron systems

Description

The European conference: Physics of Magnetism'93 covered the extended list of scientific problems connected with strongly correlated electron systems. The theoretical and experimental works have been presented. The general view on the conference merit has been done during the invited lecture session. The fundamental and most important trends in interesting subjects have been performed. The magnetic and also other physical properties of broad spectrum of new materials have been investigated and their results have been presented in the course of 11 scientific sessions on: rare earth and actinides; metals alloys and compounds; transition metals, alloys and compounds; ferrites and non-metallic compounds; high-temperature superconductors; correlated electrons and mechanisms for high-Tc superconductivity; theory of magnetism; magnetic films and surfaces; multilayers and miscellaneous topics
