Limits on axial coupled dark matters studied by inelastic scattering from 127I in NaI

Description
Axial-vector (spin-coupled) excitation of 127I by inelastic scattering of dark matter (DM) was studied to search for spin-coupled DM. In the present work, the inelastic peak was precisely analyzed. The peak spread and shift due to the recoil momentum was precisely estimated by Monte Carlo simulation. A new stringent limit on the spin-coupled DM was obtained. (orig.)
