The JLD code is used for calculating the multiple scattering and self-shielding effects in capture cross section measurements. Monte Carlo and analytical procedure are used to increase the speed of calculation. The code can be used if the sample is canned

Le code JLD permet de calculer la perturbation apportee par les diffusion multiples des neutrons dans l'echantillon utilise lors des mesures de sections efficaces de capture. Une methode de calcul analytique associee a une methode de Monte-Carlo permet un calcul rapide. Le code s'applique a des echantillons nus, ou contenus dans une enveloppe de protection
