Thermal effects in amorphous YBaCuO layers at interaction with high-power laser radiation

Description
The effect of pulsed UV laser radiation on the optical transmission and temperature distribution in amorphous YBaCuO layers has been studied. It was shown that interaction of laser radiation with the layers is of adiabatic character, with an exponential decrease in the temperature over the sample depth. The slope of the temperature profile is determined by the optical absorption coefficient for the radiation applied. Specific heat capacity of amorphous YBaCuO is c = 1.15 J g-1 K-1

Исследовано влияние УФ лазерного излучения на оптическую прозрачность и распределение температуры в аморфных слоях YBaCuO. Показано, что взаимодействие лазерного излучения с пленками имеет адиабатический характер с экспоненциальным уменьшением температуры по толщине образцов; крутизна спада температуры определяется величиной коэффициента оптического поглощения лазерного излучения.
